- Chris and Rachel Conley: South Africa- They are working with the East Mountain Team in South Africa to equip Christian leaders by providing Biblical education, discipleship & teaching practical ministry skills. Located in the Western Cape of South Africa, the goal is that leaders be well-equipped to shepherd their churches to reach the lost in some of the most impoverished communities of South Africa. Chris will be helping to develop the theological education program. Rachel gives support and education to pregnant moms in impoverished communities.
- Cate Fierbaugh: Seed Co. Bible Translators– Cate & Stephen serve with Seed Company, an affiliate of Wycliffe Bible Translators. Seed Company’s vision is to see God’s Word transforming people’s lives in every language. There are still approximately 1,700 languages with absolutely no access to God’s Word & there are close to 4,500 that only have a little bit! In Cate’s role as Area Director for the Sahel, she is responsible for Seed Company’s Bible Translation strategy in the Sahel (the semi-arid region in Africa just south of the Sahara Desert). She manages a team of six Field Coordinators working in the region.
- Pancho Francovich: Viva Global Membercare– Pancho works & mentors with Spanish speaking pastors around the globe. Many missionaries feel alone & not equipped to deal with the pressures of their ministries. Pancho provides support in a mentorship ministry.
- Austin & Kate Mackintosh- Austin and Kate will be serving in Northern Ireland with Lisburn City Church, beginning in August, 2019. Their passion is in ministering to all areas of the family, from children to teens to parents and even grandparents! The Mackintoshes will work alongside and through LCC to strategically meet the spiritual needs of families in the local community, while also building relationships with other churches and ministries in the area and helping them develop their own strategies as well.Austin has served on church staffs in the US, primarily in student ministry, and will formally be the Family Life Pastor at LCC, which will give him a broader area of responsibility and influence. Kate will take the lead on managing the kids at home, but will seek to express her heart for mothers by helping with the children’s ministry and also engaging with moms during the week.Both Austin and Kate spent many years overseas as children. Kate’s father was in the military and spent several years in Columbia, Spain, Italy and Germany. Austin’s parents were missionaries for 9 years serving two years in Tunisia, and seven in Scotland.The Mackintoshes have a daughter, Emma, who will soon be 15, and two sons, Sean and Case, who are 5 and 4 respectively.
