Nursing Home Ministries
-Southwood Nursing Home-
Each Sunday morning during the Bible Study hour, we have a group of faithful volunteers that lead worship at Southwood Nursing Home for approximately 20 residents. Scotty & Mary Wilson have been involved in this ministry for almost 20 years. Scotty leads the singing at Southwood Nursing Home and Mary, Diane and “Sparkle” visit with the residents and bring folks to worship. Walter and Norma Long are a new addition to our team.
-Monte Siesta Nursing Home-
Each Sunday morning during the Bible Study hour, we have a group of faithful volunteers that lead worship at Monte Siesta Nursing Home for approximately 45 residents. Reed and Dot Miller have been coordinating this ministry for over 30 years. Jim Walker leads a message. Reed Miller and Bob McRae supply the music with Winnie Barry playing the piano. Dot Miller and Sharon Johnson visit and bring folks in for this worship time. We appreciate all your faithful work at Monte Siesta.
